The HubSpot core
Numbers leadership can argue about, instead of argue over.
A reporting layer across pipeline, activity, marketing and delivery, with agreed definitions, attribution that holds up, and dashboards built for the meeting they are used in.
A named specialist replies within one working day. No sales sequence.
What is a reporting platform setup?
A reporting layer built on HubSpot data with agreed metric definitions, multi-touch attribution, pipeline and activity dashboards, and where needed a warehouse or Muloo Reporting layer for data HubSpot cannot hold. It ends the situation where each team brings its own version of the numbers.
What you get
What you get.
-
01
Agreed definitions
One written definition per metric, signed by the people who report on it. Most reporting disputes are definition disputes.
-
02
Attribution that survives scrutiny
Source tracking, campaign structure and multi-touch models set up so the contribution question has a defensible answer.
-
03
Dashboards per meeting
Built for the weekly pipeline review, the monthly leadership session and the board pack, rather than one dashboard nobody uses.
Scope and shape
Scope and shape.
Every engagement is scoped properly before it starts. This is the shape of a typical one.
- Typical duration
- Four to eight weeks Longer if the underlying data needs fixing first, which it often does
- Beyond HubSpot
- Muloo Reporting, or your warehouse For cross-system reporting HubSpot cannot do natively
- Run it for you
- Available as a monthly subscription Dashboards maintained, commentary written, numbers checked before the meeting
- Prerequisite
- Data you half trust If nobody trusts anything, start with the audit
See it running
The audit agent, on your portal, right now.
Muloo Audit is the clearest example of what we build and run. Point it at your portal and it reports back on data quality, workflows and unused licences.

How it runs
Define. Fix. Build. Run.
-
01
Define
Every metric written down and agreed before a dashboard is built.
-
02
Fix
The data structure and tracking that the definitions turn out to depend on.
-
03
Build
Dashboards per meeting, plus the reporting layer where HubSpot cannot reach.
-
04
Run
Optionally maintained monthly, with commentary, so the numbers arrive interpreted.

Rescued and rebuilt across 20+ product lines

An underused portal becomes a growth platform
Cleaned the CRM, rebuilt lifecycle stages and gave leadership a forecast they could defend.

Build · website
A client portal and a theme-based website
Migrated off a legacy stack onto HubSpot with a modular theme the marketing team runs themselves.

What sits either side of this.
These are not silos. Whichever one you arrive for, the next one is already waiting.
Before you ask
The questions we get on this one.
Why does our reporting disagree with itself today?
Almost always because two teams are counting different things with the same name, and occasionally because attribution was never set up. Both are fixable, and definitions come first.
Do we need a data warehouse?
Most companies do not. If the reporting question spans HubSpot plus two or more other systems with real volume, then yes, and we will say so rather than selling you one by default.
What is Muloo Reporting?
Our own reporting product for HubSpot-centred businesses. It handles cross-portal and cross-system views that native dashboards cannot, and it runs on your data without you building the platform.
