Terms of service
The terms that govern your use of the Muloo website, free tools and content.
Last updated 16 September 2026
These terms govern your use of wearemuloo.com and the free tools, resources and content on it. Please read them before using the site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
1. About us
This website is operated by Muloo (Pty) Ltd ("Muloo", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in South Africa with registration number 2020/546441/07, whose registered address is 54 Old Sir Lowry's Pass Road, Cape Town, South Africa. You can reach us at hello@muloo.co.
2. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
3. Our services
The site describes our services, products and pricing for general information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance. Any engagement with Muloo is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work or services agreement signed by both parties, and if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Prices, packages and timelines shown on the site are indicative, may exclude VAT and third party licence costs (such as HubSpot subscriptions), and may change without notice until confirmed in writing.
4. Free tools, audits and resources
We offer free calculators, audits, templates, guides and articles. They are provided to help you think through a decision, not to replace advice on your specific situation.
- Calculator outputs, such as pricing and advertising return estimates, are modelled from assumptions and industry benchmarks. They are estimates, not quotes or guarantees.
- Audit findings reflect the access, data and information available at the time and may not identify every issue.
- Templates and guides may be used within your own organisation. You may not resell or republish them as your own.
When you connect a tool to a system such as your HubSpot portal, you confirm that you are authorised to do so, and you can revoke that access at any time from the connected system.
5. AI assistant
The site may offer an AI assistant to answer questions about Muloo and our services. Its answers are generated automatically, can be incomplete or wrong, and do not form part of any agreement with us. Please do not share confidential or sensitive personal information with it. A person from our team will confirm anything that matters before you rely on it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- submit false information or someone else's details without their permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or any connected account;
- introduce malware, or interfere with the site's security or performance;
- scrape, harvest or systematically copy content from the site without our written permission, other than through normal search engine indexing.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, code and design, is owned by or licensed to Muloo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference. Any other use needs our written permission.
Client and partner names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear with permission or to identify a relationship. HubSpot is a trademark of HubSpot, Inc. Other product names are trademarks of their owners. Their use does not imply endorsement beyond any partnership we state.
8. Third party links and platforms
The site links to and embeds third party services, such as HubSpot forms and meetings, WhatsApp, and Muloo products on their own domains. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third party sites, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, error free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Muloo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its free tools and content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 where it applies.
10. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal information. You can manage your email subscription preferences at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You and Muloo agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa, with the Western Cape division of the High Court as the preferred forum, without affecting any rights you have to bring proceedings where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
